By subscribing to the Intropic blog, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. Your use of our subscription service constitutes acceptance of this agreement.
Who we are
Intropic is a financial intelligence company registered in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal information you provide when subscribing to our blog. You can contact us at hello@intropic.io with any questions about how we handle your data.
What data we collect
When you subscribe, we collect your name and email address. This is the minimum information required to send you our content. We do not collect any additional personal data unless you choose to provide it.
How we use your information
We use your contact details for the following purposes:
New Research hub Insight delivery via Email — to send you our financial insights content that you have subscribed to receive.
Marketing communications — to occasionally send you relevant information about Intropic products and services. Our lawful basis for this is legitimate interest. You can opt out at any time.
User research (optional) — we may occasionally reach out to ask if you'd like to participate in user testing to help improve our products. This is entirely voluntary and you are under no obligation to take part.
Third parties
We will NEVER sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform (such as email delivery services - such as Hubspot), but only under strict data processing agreements and solely to perform services on our behalf.

Unsubscribing
You can unsubscribe from any or all communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you, or by contacting us directly. We will process your request promptly and without charge.
Data retention
We will retain your personal data for as long as your subscription is active, or as necessary to provide you with our services. If you unsubscribe, we will delete your data within 30 days unless we are required by law to retain it for a longer period.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email before they take effect. Continued use of our subscription service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
